Getting a STEM designation is not complicated. Also even if it gets approved in 2022, you’ll still get a STEM Degree as you have the opportunity to select a few electives in that area. If it’s under process currently, rest assured, your degree will be STEM.

Are the admit results released on rolling basis?

DOes McCombs call admitted students before the deadline and then update the portal the next day (like Darden) meaning if you dont get a call on the 16th you are waitlisted or dinged? I ask because my interviewer responded to my thank you email and said "we will be in touch with you on December 17th on admissions decisions!" I am hoping this is a good sign and not an indication that they will not be calling me on the 16th....

Can anyone walk me through status changes on the two portals? I never got an invite, so I had assumed I was denied. However, GIAC called me today asking for a transcript for transfer credit, and now my GIAC portal as changed from "In Review" to "Your file has been forwarded to the Graduate Committee for review." What on earth does this mean? Thanks!
