QuabityAssurance NiftyNiffler Do you know if McCombs sends out interview invites on a rolling basis or all at once? Looking at the decision tracker, I am thinking they send invites on a rolling basis.

Hi Nikhil , Just a personal opinion,I think McCombs sent out invites in last week of January and looking at our interview schedule folder, the last interview dates are up until Last Friday of February. So if one doesn't receive an invite by then I wouldn't be very hopeful. But again just my opinion. As for decision tracker I think they are the same invites as received in January but were updated later. Also , someone in the chat said around 300 people atttended a R2 only event(assuming only 50% of the invitees attended) hosted by McCombs which means McCombs sent out many invites in R2 already. But hey this is a weird year so you never know ! Posted from my mobile device

Was this event only for the interview invitees or R2 applicants in general? Do you know?

It sent in the email for R2 peeps (though doesn't mention invitees or just those who applied , but since many people attended , I thought must be the invitees)

Hi All , I got an automatic reply on asking if there would be some affect on the interview "Due to a severe winter storm and power outages across Texas, some virtual interviews, chats, and other events may need to be rescheduled. We will contact you to reschedule as needed."

I guess if they haven't contacted you yet for rescheduling, that is good news. Did anyone get their interview rescheduled?

My interview wrote me and she requested for a reschedule. Austin has power outages and the weather is extremely cold almost lethal. My hopes and prayers for those affected by the weather. Posted from my mobile device

Thanks for the update. I guess a lot of other interviews would be rescheduled too. I have seen some pics of the snowstorm. Crazy

Update : 22 hours and no replies from the interviewer. Probably she is affected by storms and power outages. The school came back to me wondering what's up with my interview and they also have no idea and told me to manage with the interviewer

QuabityAssurance - It's likely the interviewer has no power or internet. They should be reaching out when they are able to again. Officially, classes were canceled all of last week and don't resume until this Wednesday.
