Hello,
To answer your questions:
1) The "entrepreneur" tag doesn't necessarily help or hurt. What you've accomplished up until now and how realistic your post-MBA goals are what really matter, whether you want to be an entrepreneur, a banker, a consultant, etc. Business schools aren't really impressed when someone says that want to be an entrepreneur, but they're not necessarily turned off, either. They mainly want to know that you'll be employable when you graduate, whether that means getting hired or starting your own successful venture.
2) Yes, entrepreneurial experience counts. One of the co-founders of my company (Veritas Prep) was in part an entrepreneur before he entered Yale SOM. Just start thinking now about what examples you can use to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, etc., and who will write your letters of recommendation (perhaps biz partners or clients).
3) Sorry, no idea on this one. This doesn't matter for the purposes of MBA admissions.
4) Part-time experience matters very little. What admissions officers want to see are examples of where you had real responsibility and made things happen. If a PT job helps you show that, then great, but those jobs usually mean less responsibility than FT jobs.
Good luck!
Scott
