You are smart to aim high. Your numbers/honors are good, you have good branding (NU, Booz), and you have an excellent 'one-two punch' as a fashionista and African-American woman. You will need to emphasize your leadership and tell your personal story, especially if it is a strong one (socioeconomic challenge etc.). Intl experience: studied abroad in Paris, France and have attended 10 international fashion week shows across NYC, London, Paris, Milan, and Madrid

Work experience: 2 years at Booz Allen Hamilton as a communications consultant, 2 years at a large Marketing firm, steady promotion, multiple internal awards, expect very solid recs

Extra curriculars: Undergrad - Habitat for Humanity build leader, university art gallery co-curator, Multicultural Student Association student assistant, director of communications for the business association on campus
Post grad - lifestyle blog (fashion, cosmetics, food) that has 25,000 email subscribers and 45,000 monthly uniques, clothing drive that is orchestrated through the blog and coordinates with local charities 3 years running, previously mentioned MLT mentor, volunteer at the local food bank

I’m interested to know my chances for my top tier MBA programs in marketing choices: Kellogg, Wharton, Stanford, and Harvard, and also my chances for Stern, Columbia, and Duke.

You should be comfortable Kellogg and below. HSW will be competitive - but I would encourage you to apply.
