Ugrad honors: selected as one of 200 from nationwide pool of candidates for an 18 month, intensive career development program (Management Leadership for Tomorrow, MLT), received a fellowship from NU to document my experiences while studying abroad for their website
Intl experience: studied abroad in Paris, France and have attended 10 international fashion week shows across NYC, London, Paris, Milan, and Madrid
Work experience: 2 years at Booz Allen Hamilton as a communications consultant, 2 years at a large Marketing firm, steady promotion, multiple internal awards, expect very solid recs
Extra curriculars: Undergrad - Habitat for Humanity build leader, university art gallery co-curator, Multicultural Student Association student assistant, director of communications for the business association on campus
Post grad - lifestyle blog (fashion, cosmetics, food) that has 25,000 email subscribers and 45,000 monthly uniques, clothing drive that is orchestrated through the blog and coordinates with local charities 3 years running, previously mentioned MLT mentor, volunteer at the local food bank

Your profile is really good. The list of B-School you have shortlisted are good. Considering your work experience and GMAT score I would suggest you to target B-Schools like Kellogg, Darden, Duke Furua, NYU Stern and Columbia.

Thanks for the detailed post! On paper it looks like you have a great profile. Now it's all about bringing the different parts of your story together in a strong, cohesive package!
Those are the right set of schools and if you execute well, you should have good results. I would like to explore some of the finer parts of your profile to give more specific advice on a school by school basis but if you apply to those schools you should get interviews at some of them if you play your cards right.
