Washi-
In a way it's a shame you are not more involved in your community outside work or with volunteering, since it seems to be the only thing missing from an otherwise great profile. Schools will count your work experience all the way up to matriculation for tabulation purposes, so you will be applying with five years of experience on the record. Of course they can only evaluate you on what you have achieved already, so it's good you have leadership experience, and international exposure. Duke is a shadow ivy school, so it will play very well with adcoms from any school in the top 10. I would encourage you to do some research and then visit and chat with alumni in your target schools before deciding which in the US you might apply to. Ultimately it's advisable to go to school in a region where you are planning to work and build a career, since b-school networks can sometimes be pretty close to the school itself. THis rule of thumb of course would be trumped by the super elite schools, who have far-flung alumni the world over. Let us know if we can help you draw out your story. We provide free profile assessments on the phone as well, so I hope you will take advantage of that by giving us a call. We promise not to give you the hard sell!
