My target schools are M7, please evaluate my chances and suggest schools. Many thanks.

Female, Indian, age 27
GMAT 740
GPA 3.7/4, ranked top 2% in class
WE: 1 year PE +1.5 year IBD (2 years working gaps because having baby)
LOR: both from direct supervisors
Post-mba career goal: finance in corporate
ex-curricular activities: not very strong, but above average

Thanks for the post! From what I see here, you have an attractive profile for the M7 schools. What school did you go to for undergrad? Also what firms have you worked for? Assuming you went to a good school and have a decently named firm on your resume, your profile fits the bill. The next step to determine whether you would get in over others is to look into your story a bit more to get a sense of what you plan to write about.

Hi Scott, thank you for your reply! Unfortunately both my undergraduate school and companies are not those famous big names.
