8% jasmine water = 6 litres

now,
3 litres jasmine water and 12 litres of water is added 
total jasmine water = 6+3=9 litres
total water = 90 litres
% of jasmine water in the solution = (9/90)*100=10%

B: 3L jasmine + 12L water= 15L total volume
B's percent jasmine:
 (\frac{3L}{15L}*100)=(.2*100)=20  percent

Percent,  \frac{x}{100} , of new solution that is jasmine:

.08(75) + .20(15) = \frac{x}{100}(75+15) 
 6 + 3 = \frac{x}{100}*90 
F 9*100=x*90 
 x=\frac{900}{90}=10  percent*
