What a sad news!
I've always appeciated his explanations and kindness.
It's so ironic that I was going to contact him last end of september to do some private tutoring with him but then I decided to postpone until EOY.
RIP, your work and your kindness won't disappear.

My grandpa used to often say - “becoming a good scholar isn’t as hard as becoming a good person”, subtly hinting that I did less progress in the latter, or perhaps in both. I knew that he was joking, but I also knew that his jokes had only a grain of joke.
I remember publicly criticizing, at the start of my preparation, some of daagh’s posts when I noticed that they contradicted the posts of other experts. I did so in an effort to understand why he thinks the way he thinks. Oftentimes, we didn’t reach a consensus. And every such time, he used to say - “Jon you are welcome to think so”. I saw that as my victory in the debates. However, I should admit that - that actually was the humbleness he had, but I probably missed. He was both a good scholar and a good person. I wish he knew that he taught not just gmat, but also “modesty”.
Pranithare , it’s heart-wrenching to know that illness didn’t let daag finish what he started. I am sure he would have trained you at the level that very few could. I wish I could help finish what he started. That would be my humble tribute to daag.
