Technicians = 2x/5.
Remaining = x - 2x/5 = 3x/5.
Accountants = 3x/5 * 5/16 = 3x/16.
Remaining = 3x/5 - 3x/16 = 33x/80.
Required Fraction : 33x/80 / x = 33/80.
B is the correct answer.

The sum of the fractions of each job title must be 1.
Fraction of remaining employees that are not technicians:
\(1-\frac{2}{5}=\frac{3}{5}\)
From that, \(\frac{5}{16}\) are accountants, then:
\(\frac{3}{5}*\frac{5}{16}=\frac{15}{80}\)
Given w = fraction of employees at company X that are neither technicians nor accountants.
\(\frac{15}{80}+\frac{2}{5}+w=1\)
\(\frac{15}{80}+\frac{32}{80}+w=1\)
\(\frac{47}{80}+w=1\)
\(w=\frac{33}{80}\)
Fraction of remaining employees that are not technicians:
\(1-\frac{2}{5}=\frac{3}{5}\)
From that, \(\frac{5}{16}\) are accountants, then:
