Shortlisted candidates will then go through an AWT (Analytical Writing Test) and PI (Personal Interview). Final offer will be based on overall performance in AWT, PI, and Profile Strength demonstrated in the Application Form. Candidates are requested to start their application early and patiently fill out every detail that would help their candidature and also take their time to organize their thoughts and draft the Application Essay(s). Yes Anshu, all the decisions for round 1 have been rolled out. If you didn't get an email, it means that you're waitlisted. We don't give out waitlist numbers as such. You might or might not get a seat in future depending on waitlist movement. If you decide to retake the entrance exam (GMAT?)/get a new job with elevated responsibilities, you can update it in the application and that might just do the trick. All the best.
