I see other comments on this post saying the question is not in accordance to GMAT Level, could you please share your views?

This is an unusual question. If you score high, it is common to run into unusual questions that require an unusual approach. However, people get stumped by these unusual questions and so they start coming up with excuses but as you can see this included GMAT prep so this question is OK for the GMAT, Despite with a few people may say.

In terms of question three, just have to judge it if it fits the requirements. I didn’t feel any of the sentences were fitting the requirements. Since this number three was not what I would imagine to be a career statement and was debatable. I don’t think it’s clear yes to me. Sentence 4 seemed to be all clear yes. so I am kind of stuck too but that still does not mean this is not a valid GMAT question. It’s just a strange one.

The questions are fine and you do get such situational contexts. As for the answers, that is a different matter. All I can say is that I would have chosen all No's for question 3.

In GMAT terms, this  indirectly reflects a career goal,  to continue focusing on improving efficiency in collaboration with managers.
This is not an explicit statement like “My goal is to become an operations manager focused on efficiency improvement,” but  GMAT often allows implicit goal statements , especially when the context suggests a forward-looking orientation.
