Can someone help with understand the solution? Why have we taken the case of 2 letters repeating when question says “without replacement”?

The word PEPPER has 6 letters: P, E, P, P, E, R. “Without replacement” means once you take a letter, you don’t put it back. But since the word itself already has repeated letters (3 P’s and 2 E’s), you can still end up with repeated letters in your code, like PPR or PEP.

So we consider the “two letters repeating” case because there are multiple copies of those letters in the word, not because we’re reusing the same one.

Option 5 shouldn't even be considered because it talks about hiring a new CEO. And the second column would have nothing to do with that.

Option 2 makes sense because it basically suggests not fixing anything that isn't broken - the company has been successful so far and they have no reason to change the current process of promoting from within.
