please solve the second problem , i didnt understand how it came as 6+7+6 . can it also be 8+7+6+6 as we can assume the 8 students also got 20 marks ?

First 2 bars showcases students who scored less than 20 so they are out of the required range, and rest 3 showcase students scoring between 20 - 50, as we have maximize the no. of students, we can assume all students in the range 40 - 50 have scored less than 46, which means max no. of students b/w 20 - 46 would be 7 + 6 + 6 = 19

We have 9 digits=1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9
And we have 90 a two-digit numbers= 10..99
We need to find how many three-digit numbers to be combined with one-digit and two-digit number to be equal 1212
