Your profile is quite strong, with a great gpa and gmat foundation, and some interesting/global work experience (with a promotion at Parthenon) and capped off by work at the family firm. Your family's tourism enterprise and your future goals of expansion will, in my opinion, make for some very attractive essays. Well done. Folks will love to read about tigers and your passion for that cause.

Since you are 25, reach high, as you can always re-apply in a few years if your run this season does not work out. But I would encourage you to look at some other great schools in the top 12 or so. Getting into Stanford/HBS and the other top 5 schools is not easy, and there are some other great programs out there. My net advice to you is to allow yourself a better chance by also applying to schools like Booth, Columbia, LBS... Some folks only apply to the very top and when they fall short, they are left with no solid option for the fall.

Good Luck!
