Your work experience is decent and your GMAT Score is really impressive. As per your profile I would suggest that you have a fair chances of getting admission in the B-School selected by you.

You are in perfect stage of your career and around 4-5 years of work experience is what most B-Schools look for.

However you would need to cleverly prepare yourself for questions like why you are applying for MBA at this stage of your life, your rationale behind applying for a specific B-school, so on and so forth.

The next step for you is to focus more on your application essays & recommendations for these Business Schools.

Hence it would be highly advisable to seek assistance from professional consultants for guidance on preparing a good letters of recommendations and get your essays/scholarship essays evaluated before sending it out along with your application.

I see you work for the family business. 
This is a great addition to your resume.
From what I understand (and please correct if you think differently) B schools are also ranked based on the number of CEOs they produce.
So If you work for the family business it is safe to say you have a really good shot at making CEO and that is something the B schools want.

Academic capacity: Your GPA (3.9) and GMAT score (740) validate your academic potential. I am impressed that you score 740 in your first attempt. You can explain your average grades in Masters in your optional essay.

Work Experience: Good. The average work experience required by most B-schools in the US is 4-5 years. So you are in good shape. You have demonstrated constant career progression during your 4 of professional career and are also articulate about your future goals.

Leadership Potential: From the info that you have provided, I understand that you have handled leadership roles in the past.

International Experience: Your international experience is impressive, too.

Extra-Curricular/Community Service: Good that you were Vice-Chairperson of Annual College Festival and managed a student workforce of 1200 students. This also evidences your leadership skills. However, we would like to know if you are currently involved in any extracurricular activities or community service or not.

At 25, you have a strong profile for your target schools. As Neha said , ”You are in perfect stage of your career.” (You may want to add one safe school to your list).

Now the next challenge for you is to present your candidacy in the best light in all the aspects of your application package: essays, recommendation letters, and résumé. Essays are the most critical part of the application package that tell the AD Com who you are.
