I have recently took GMAT and following is my score:-
Quant-50
Verbal-34
IR-4
AWA-5
Total-690
Have undergraduate degreee from IIT-BHU(recently converted to IIT, previously know as IT-BHU) scoring 8.45/10 and securing departmental rank 2.
10 --89%
10+2--87.4%
Currently working in Morgan Stanley as IT-Associate.
Have 14 months of corporate experience
I am targeting at Marketing MBA program as I want to switch to Marketing, hence applying for MBA Program . For this, I have been a part of CrowdFunding Campaign for a movie (didnt go live but was a good experience), worked on B-plans in college and part-time during job.
Held Event co-ordinator position in annual festival of college
Held Head girl position in school
Please let me know the possible MBA programs and University which i can target

Thanks for your message. I reviewed your profile similar to other candidates' profiles when I worked as part of a top tier program's admissions committee.
Your GMAT score falls within the competitive range for some of the top 10-15 schools based on our experience last year. Your GPA of 8.45 from a prestigious institution such as IIT where you achieved 2nd rank will further strengthen your profile. I congratulate you on this, as it is not an easy task to achieve this GPA during one of the most challenging times in any student's life - in the midst of the transition from a teenager to a young adult. Having worked with many candidates over the past 6 years, I observe that this is the number one challenge. However, your personal discipline managed it beautifully.
Also, I commend you on your experience as an Associate at Morgan Stanley - this also quite an achievement after your undergraduate experience.
My only concern and the area I will ask that you strengthen is the years of work experience. My main reason for requesting you to wait 3 more years is that you currently have approximately 1 year of work experience. Ideally, it would be great to wait until you have 4+ years of total work experience. At the end of the day, the quality of work experience is more important than the quantity of years. Candidates with 3 years of work experience are accepted but schools prefer 4+ years. Programs tend to be fair and understanding but you will have to ensure that you communicate your personal and professional background effectively.

The more work experience you hold, the more likely you are to contribute to classroom discussions and be a valuable asset in the academic environment (especially towards fellow students). Now, your b-school grades entail 60-80% on what you contribute from your professional work experience across class discussions & group projects. The less work experience you have = the less you will have to contribute = the lower your grades. It is to your personal benefit that you have 4+ years of work experience when attending so that you can be successful in your b-school classes.

Hi,
Thank you so much for such a elaborate evaluation. As you stated my work experience is very less, even I am concerned about it. I want to do MBA to achieve a functional shift as soon as possible. During previous years of my career I was not aware of my passion about Marketing. I was doing okay in Technical field, completing my bachelors in the same until I stumbled upon Marketing field while working on a B-plan. Since I have a technical background, I had to face some rejection in the Marketing field. Through MBA in Marketing I want to start my endeavor in the same as soon as possible. Therefore, I don't want to wait and waste my time in doing something about which I do not feel the passion. Please let me know if this desire is realistic and what can be done in this direction.
