Manufacturing background(Automotive and aerospace)-10 years EXP
6+ years overseas experience (1 year in North America & 5+ years in Europe)
GMAT 650 Q48 V31
Academics-Master's in Engg -72%
Bachelor in Engg-66 % (Do not know the GPA conversion yet).
Have adequate professional achievements with respect to innovation such as Best Team awards, Best Associate award etc.
Was selected to a club of 25 out of 10000+ employees for ELP(Emerging leaders Program)
age-35 years

I think you should look at executive MBA programs given your age and 10+ years of experience. eMBA might also be a nice option. What would your short-term plan be post-MBA?

You should research the Sloan Fellowship program at London Business School and MIT, which is for senior managers like you:

Also consider the IIM executive MBAs and the ISB PGP.
Bumping up the GMAT score to ~700 will not hurt at all.
