I echo some of the sentiments shared here perhaps in a slightly different light.
  1. The way you have presented the profile is a bit cryptic to give a more grounded response. The brand and quality of your institution matters - more so because your target list is on the aggressive side. That of course does not take away the credit and promise your profile holds.
  2. The GMAT range you have there is big. Erring on the higher side of that range will present a consistent picture and make the adcom aware that though you have been away from academics, you've still got it in you
  3. Finally on the goals bit. This is an area that is not clear at the moment. I am sure you can do much better than 'tech and general mgmt' - make sure you know what that means in far more granularity.

With some of the above things covered, you should have a shot at at least some of the schools in your target list. So go for it.
