You have a remarkable profile. Your academics, work profile and extracurricular are really great. And your profile is really good to apply to top 10-20 business schools.
But since your number of work experience is on higher side, Harvard and Stanford are a bit difficult to get into. You may also write to the admissions committee and check if you are eligible for the program. You can apply to B-Schools like Wharton, Chicago Booth, MIT Sloan, Michigan Ross, University of California Haas and Columbia University. I would strongly suggest you to target 740+ GMAT Score and focus on your B-School application essays.

Hi Mathew,
Congrats on all the good work that you've done so far. There are a few things that are important before evaluating your profile completely:
1) Branding of the schools that you attended - while not a huge factor, this does have some measure in the admissions process.
2) Similarly, the branding of the companies that you worked with.
3) Your industry - is it IT or some other high tech industry? Understand that even Google wouldn't be IT - but it is still software. Something like CISCO would be high tech, but not software. And something like GE/GM would be engineering but not high tech in the conventional sense.
4) The level of involvement with your NGO - are you someone who ran a marathon for Asha? Or did you actually go out into the field in rural Bihar and start a school for underprivileged kids? Did you spend your 2 years with Teach For India?
5) The quality of your work experience - Although I've not heard the full story, I can probably read between the lines and say your story would be good on this front.
The above factors will play an influence in the admissions process if you are looking at your Priority 1 colleges, and probably some of your Priority 2 colleges as well. If you have a 730/740 on your GMAT you might have a relatively easy entry to some of your priority 2 colleges.
