Profile Evaluation

Hello,
I would greatly appreciate a profile evaluation and some feedback regarding my current status as a student.
I have not yet taken the GMAT, and plan to December 2015. My current GPA is around 3.3, but I plan to improve this significantly during my last two upcoming semesters. My current status is still "in progress" with my undergrad. I have 2 semesters left and plan to graduate with my BA in July 2016. This means that I am cutting it very close to the September start dates for most MBA programs. My undergrad degree is fully online (distance learning) and I work full time on top of my studies.
I believe that my career can give me an edge given that I am juggling school and a management role at the same time. I currently have six years professional experience, with three promotions. I am an Operations Market Manager for Verizon Wireless.
My top schools are Cambridge, Oxford, Stanford, and Harvard, but would prefer a 12 month European MBA over a 2 year American.
First, do you believe that the "in progress" status of my undergrad will affect my chances of getting in to these schools? Second, I understand that most schools want to see the majority of professional experience as post-undergrad. Do you think that because I am a fully online student and working full time during this undergrad degree, that this will negatively impact my chances of being accepted?
I would really prefer to start my MBA in 2016 and not wait until the following year, but any insight on this is appreciated! I will paste my CV below for additional information when reviewing my profile.
Thank you!
