Hi,
It would be great if you can take a look at my profile and critique on how i might be able to lower the chance of getting dinged
Academic & test score:
- GPA 3.5 (with first class honor) from Thammasat University (Business administration) Marketing/ Finance Major
- GMAT (4 times)
1. Unreported (2014)
2. June 2015 - 610 (Q44 V31) IR6
3. September 2015 - 620 (Q47 V28) IR2
4. October 2015 - 690 (Q49 V34) IR1 (my recent IR has been really bugging my every minutes of everyday after the test)
- Toefl 103 (Though I went to an international program only taught in English- will have to check if it can be waived)
- Exchanged to McGill University, Canada in 2010
WE:
- 4 Years - Marketing consulting (mostly drawing recommendations on qualitative consumer research)
- Position: Associate Consultant (Job scope: analysis, coaching, project management & client service)
Extra curricular:
- Active member of youth organization to promote child peace education (most actively at CISV - endorse by the united nations) and voluntary social works
- Active alumni still helping out with school activities
- Board member of the Thammasat University Cheerleader Club (overlook annual plan, budgeting, training process, and yearly audition)
- President of International Case Comp back in uni (and core team of other several student activities)
- Interests: cooking and photography
School of interest:
- Kellogg
- Tuck
- Wharton
- HBS (a dream)
Post MBA direction:
- Short-term: get into management consulting
- Long-term: Teaching at university on marketing and strategies

Hey, first of all talk about getting admitted, not dinged!
Secondly, to maximize your chances of admission look at programs like Kelley, UNC Kenan Flagler, Austim McCombs and U. of Wisconcin at Madison. These are slightly lower ranked programs, but good in marketing.
You have picked out the most competitive programs out there, it's difficult to comment about your chances out there, because we lack information about your work related experiences.

I work as a project manager in a local but well respected marketing consulting firm in Thailand. I help the project leader overlook the analyst's analysis, draw conclusions and recommendations. I am also responsible in engaging with clients and suggesting project initiative to help them grow.
I have experiences in dealing with variety of marketing issues across different industries such as banking, construction material, automotive, or retail. My clients are respectable local firms and international fmcgs. My project experiences cover those in Thailand and in South East Asia.
Some of my memorable projects include aiding client to come up with new banking platform for new gen, identifying growth driver for exhibition center, rebranding local conglomorate, or identifying client's brand extension potentials into neighboring countries.
Also, is there anyways I can mitigate the impact of the abysmal IR score that I got?
