Thanks for sharing your information with us. Your stats are solid. I wouldn't worry about retaking the GMAT - you're done with that test :D. The value of work experience (from an AdComm perspective) will depend upon your leadership capacity, the size/scale of your projects, and the complexity of the projects you worked on. Obviously, too much detail to be discussing in a forum, but thought I'd let you know what is important here. If your extracurricular involvement isn't going to make you stand out, we have to find something that will. Your focus now needs to be on your story and why an MBA at your target schools will help you get there.

It sounds like you're in the beginning of your MBA journey, but I suggest you start as soon as possible in thinking about the above questions I raised. Hope this information helps.
