I did very bad in AWA part 4/6, GMAT score 730(Q 50, V 39) IR 6
My academic qualifications are as below:
Graduation: B.SC Physics, Delhi University India, 67%
Post Graduation: M. Tech Geophysics, IIT Roorkee, 8.99/10
Work Experience: 2009-2016 Schlumberger
I took two years break in between and volunteered for an NGO, traveled across India and did self studies.
Currently I left my job and working for an NGO
Please can you help me evaluate my profile and suggest suitable schools or should i reappear for GMAT

Geographic Preference: Right now i am looking for 1 year course, so INSEAD
Roles at Schlumberger: I started as LWD Engineer(Drilling division)- work type: rig site work
moved to Remote Operation Engineer: Monitor and Supervise LWD operation for 3-4 rigs simultaneously from city only, this was new concept in Schlumberger, drilling division. A new new position was created to make it happen that was well site operator who acted as eyes and hands for Remote Operation Engineer.
As Remote Operation Engineer, I palyed major role in induction of this new profile by making career development program along with training program for this new profile
After 2 years as Remote Operation Engineer, I moved as Direction Drilling Engineer
Career Goals: looking to move to consultancy
