Hi,
Below is my profile.
Indian engineer Male 24 years and with 3 years of experience in a startup. I work as a operations Manager and now handling the whole city operation. I was involved in city launching and handling the whole operation by myself till now. Be it a sales, marketing, government relations everything in which I am involved. So I have pretty much good experience in handling a business. Also helped turn the city profitable in just 15 months.
In extra curricular , I am a state level swimmer. I was involved in social work as well.
Graduate CGPA 7.8
12th 85.07%
10th 91.71%
I am planning to apply for MBA, starting from 2021. My target schools are top 20.
What should be the target score and what else do I need to work out on my application?

I think you have a decent profile & Working with a Start-up give you more exposure compare to other big companies
To get into top 20 B-school,now you have to focus on scoring good marks in GMAT i.e 700+ score simultaneously you can also do some online courses,connect with NGO groups ,good groups which are available online etc..
As you have approx. 10-12 months in your hand so please make a proper schedule for your study as well as personality /Profile development
Utilize your time wisely
ALL THE BEST......
To get into top 20 B-school,now you have to focus on scoring good marks in GMAT i.e 700+ score simultaneously you can also do some online courses,connect with NGO groups ,good groups which are available online etc..

That seems to be a good profile career trajectory you have building there. It would be good to understand other details - brand of undergrad, employer etc.
There is no magic minimum GMAT score. That being said, anecdotally speaking, one can easily add 20-30 points to a given school's average to get a sense of the Indian GMAT average. So, plan accordingly.
