Hello
rx10,
Apologies for the delayed response but we hope this will be of help to you still.
The start-up experience sounds good and hopefully, you will be able to draw out elements of leadership from the role you play at work.
Considering you are targetting the top 20 schools, you must aim for a score in excess of 730 at least. While no score can really guarantee an admit, Indians applying to such programs apply with scores in the 740 range (with very fine overall profiles). The good part is that you have a fair bit of time.

Once the GMAT is out of the way, focus on preparing a stellar application with a set of career goals that sync well with your overall profile.
Should you have any follow-up questions, please feel free to get in touch with us.
All the best!
