Hi,
AngadAhuja,
Hmmm would like to help but I'm not sure what I'm evaluating your profile for, are you aiming for US MBA programs? You have some nice extracurricular and leadership experiences, but your work experience seems lighter than what most top programs generally look for. Are you working now? You say "worked" for 2 years at Cisco, so I'm not sure if that's the total of your full time experience or not. So, if that's the sum of the work experience you've got, I'd keep working for a few more years, gaining seniority and as business-focused a role as you can manage before you apply. When you do apply, as an Indian engineer, you are in a well-represented applicant pool with a lot of competition from high-scoring, well-qualified candidates, so I'd encourage you to look beyond the top 10 with your current GMAT score, and keep working on improving it if you haven't reached your max!! Best of luck to you!
Warmly,
