kr91abhishek , a few thoughts on your profile evaluation and a few queries: 
 
  The academic arc will be your clear claim to fame. Both Manipal and NTU have good pedigree and your strong GPA there will be nicely complemented with the impressive GMAT score. The technical certifications won't really matter much unless there is some selectivity involved around those which you are able to communicate in your applications. So use those correctly, if at all. 
  The work experience, which in many ways is the very foundation of your candidature, is not very clear. It's tough to evaluate it just basis your designation which give a feeling of being purely technical. While that's still alright, you'll have to think about how you stand out and showcase understanding of the bigger picture. The relatively niche nature of your employers too will have to explained and contextualized well.  International experience  always helps for European MBA programs.  
   MBA after 30  is tricky. From an years of experience perspective though, you should be fine. What are your post-MBA plans? What schools/deadlines are you targeting?  
  The ECs during college time look ok and after that, feel to be more at a hygiene level. Think about the impact of your work and try to capture that well.
