Hi Neha, as someone (a female) from an automotive background myself, I would encourage you to focus on narratives from your professional life where you demonstrated strong leadership skills and managed conflicts with resilience. Wrong selection of stories for essays is more common than talked about. Some ideas to dwell upon for finding the right stories -
1. Have you worked for an automotive multinational? Did you get any international opportunities at your company?
2. Were these situations where you were faced with an uphill task of expediting projects, meeting deadlines with limited resources, resolving conflicts between stakeholders, influencing senior management to take suitable decisions, mentor a team on something extremely important for the company and so on. What was the outcome in each case (your rewards and company's benefit) and how did others perceive your leadership? What greater opportunities did you get after?
3. How have you grown through all these stories you could think about? Have you faced any situations where you had to let go of certain perceptions and preconceived notions to become a better manager/leader/ team player?
4. How do you feel a woman in the automotive sector? What has your experience been? Is your place of work mostly dominated by men? What larger vision do you have in this regards? What can you do to make this industry more inclusive?
Your ECs are decent(not exceptional), but you can balance these well with your stellar overall narrative.
Best wishes
