Qualification: 
1. B-Tech Mechanical Engineering, (TIER 2). CGPA : 7.83/10
2. Higher Secondary : 90%
3. Secondary : 9.8/10 CGPA (Appreciated by Education Minister, G.O.I)
4. GMAT : Q50 V36, 710

Work Experience :
Territory Manager, Automobile Industry : OEM 1 (No. 1, M/c Manufacturer in the World, MNC) : 39 Months. 
- Ranked 11th in 200 Managers all over india. (Cash Award)
Area Manager, Automobile Industry : OEM 2 (Leading Indian M/c brand : Most popular worldwide, MNC) : 13 months
- Promoted.

Extracurricular : 
- Official Volunteer with Art of Living Organization : Have enrolled around 300 people into the Art of living programs.
- Participation in multiple organizing events in OEM - Marketing events + College Fest and Orientation etc, 
- Tutoring underprivileged kids in college - grade 10/10

Hi AashishGautam,
ISB may be good with your profile, provided you are able to submit a strong application.
Rotman may really look at the "spark" factor (currently not visible from your description).
With a tier-2, a decent (but not outstanding GPA), and a GMAT score below what you need for your profile, INSEAD, M7 etc would be a stretch. A score of 750 or above would help. Maybe your resume/ and a detailed profile may display some spark factors that are otherwise not clear

Your profile looks good on the surface. Starting with the stats, your GMAT score is decent. However, your GPA appears to be on the lower end. So, to compensate for the low score, try adding additional academic accolades (certifications/awards). Highlight about the appreciation by the Education Minister for your academic achievement in your application.

About your work experience, having 4+ years of experience emphasizes your stellar leadership skills and significant accomplishment. You will need to highlight your roles and responsibilities, the impact you brought, and your career progression. Especially any global exposure you have gained working in an MNC. It would be important to mention the cash prize achieved for securing 11/200 rank in managers all over India, this will exhibit you as a high performing individual. It would be crucial for you to demonstrate significant learning, skill set development, and leading opportunities and must specifically mention instances where you worked above and beyond your role.

Your ECs could be an asset to you. Your involvement in social activities like tutoring underprivileged kids demonstrates your personality of giving back to society, and this is what AdComs mostly look for. It is important how you demonstrate them to the AdComs.

Overall you have a good profile. But I am not able to see the impact right now. I would like to know about some major aspects of your work experience to give you a more realistic assessment. You have a decent profile. Your work experience is really good on account of your automobile background. But your GMAT is on a bit lower side for M7 but that can certainly be offset by you extra curriculum experience you have and by writing strong essays. I would definitely recommend you take some professional consultants to help to write your B-School essays. It will make your profile even strong.
