Considering the combination of an average GMAT score and an average GPA, the M7, INSEAD, and even Rotman (to a large extent) would be out of reach. You may only realistically target ISB. Of course, while the GMAT is only one component of your overall application, it is a fairly important one. The rest would depend on how well your articulate your strengths and future goals through a set of compelling essays.
With the current case, we would urge you to apply to a broader portfolio of schools while including some US top ~25 schools as those will also give you high scholarship chances.
