Hello,
You do not need a “fancy school” pedigree to be competitive at the competitive programs that you mention -- a strong state univ. is totally fine. Your list of schools contains, appropriately,
a range of reasonable reaches (Sloan, Kellogg, Booth, Darden) and an on-par (KF).
That said, since you’re literally competing with the best in the world for some of these programs, your applications must be stand-out.
Finally, your
goals certainly make logical sense as a growth step from your experience – but to make your goals really compelling, convey also why you want to be a strategy consultant, what impact you want to have, what special/unique you’ll bring to the role.
