Held a position of responsibility in an NGO.
I haven't taken the GMAT yet, but my official mock scores have been 695,685,735, hopefully in that range.
F20212644 hope this finds you well. Co-founding a startup is not an achievement in my opinion. However, the good motivations will definitely be appreciated by the adcoms. Are you associated with a well-known incubator? There may be some potential there if you are associated with some of the better-known incubator programs in your field, also because the MBA alumni of many top-tier schools run these incubator programs. The internship within IB is a definite plus.
From the aesthetics, the profile looks good, but you have to understand that top deferred programs will not hand out admits by just hearing about your plans for the next couple of years as an entrepreneur. What if things do not go as you expected, and then it poses a risk to the school's credibility? So, you should either get into the application process with very strong mentors and plans backing your startup, or you change your narrative to pursuing a more established pathway where you can still pursue your interest in climate-tech.
Reach out should you need some honest guidance
Best wishes
