Hi there,
An EMBA and a PhD are very different programs for every different goals. Have you thought about what you hope to do post grad? Also, given your GMAT score, the first thing I'd recommend is preparing to give that another go. I think you've got some good experience that could make you an attractive candidate for tier 2 EMBA programs, but that will all depend upon your GMAT, the way we position your story, and the quality of your application.
