@sagmaj - some thoughts on your profile:
1. Your undergrad pedigree and GPA are strong. GMAT is fine too, but keep in mind that the Indian Male cohort is the most competitive, and thus a strong application (essays, interviews etc.) would be crucial to increase your chances.
2. The Work-ex presents some interesting angles given the consulting exposure, promotion and international clients. Aim to have a strong narrative covering your career goals, and how the MBA fits in at this juncture.
3. Extracurriculars seem alright, particularly the social venture. Have there been any involvement since undergrad?
