My education background is as follows:
1. Under graduation: Bachelors of Arts in Economics (Minor-Math) from University of Delhi. 7.716 CGPA
2. 12th: 92.6%
3. 10th: 10 CGPA
Work background:
Started working as partner in family business, which is primary schools and day care centers. started involvement in end of 2017, while studying in college. But started full time work from 2018. Which means 1 year of work ex.
Other Activities:
1. Social work: Volunteered with NGOs, Vice President NSS in college, adopted a slum, opened an evening school for underprivileged as a part of CSR in family business
2. 2 internships in college
3. Online courses
4. summer school by kings college london in delhi
5. Learning German. Will complete A1 by next month.
Expected GMAT: 680 (Been scoring an average of 680/700 on mocks)
I am targeting top 10 colleges for masters in management. What are my chances?

Family business experience can be represented well as it usually gives you the flexibility to do a lot more than a job. However, you have to make sure the work comes across as fully professional.
For reasons mentioned here, we don't speculate on school selection chances. That being said, push for something in the 700+ range. That'll make you a pretty attractive candidate for the best MiM programs out there.
