would be extremely appreciated if you can provide me a review of my profile. Below are the details,
Indian, Male, 27 years, Engineer
GRE - 328 (160V, 168Q)
Work Exp - 5+ years
Education - Undergrad degree from top 5 colleges of India
Work experience - 5+years work ex in two companies (MNC & a startup), two industries (Media &Advertising, Automobile) with 3 promotions overall

Thank you for sharing your profile. Your profile looks good on the surface. Starting with the stats, your undergrad GPA is good, and you have a quite good GRE score. In terms of work, I can see a clear career progression in your profile from startup to MNC. Your profile has good examples of powerful leaders as well as insightful contributions in the organizations where you are now working. You can speak about the roles and responsibilities you've undertaken and their impact on the organization. Your entrepreneurship experience seems to be good. I'd like to learn more about it because it might be one of your major USPs. Your startup experience can be interesting if you can communicate it well. Overall, you have good work experience, but it all comes down to how you tell your narrative and leave an impression on the adcoms. In terms of your ECs, they appear to be good. Your interest in sports and stories about them will add diversity to your profile.
Your post-MBA goals make sense and are aligned with your prior work experience. Connect your goals to your prior experience and accomplishments. Adcoms are interested in how you think about the future, what challenges you've identified with present systems, and how you intend to fix them for the long term. So, consider your short-term and long-term goals carefully. This will make the narrative more ordered, logical, and concise, which will be appreciated by the admissions committee. You may want to read an article on how to address your strength and weaknesses in your mba application.
