GMAT : 680 (48Q/35V)
GPA : 7 /10
Grad School : National Institute of Technology (Surat) India
Work experience : 7.9 Years.
Designation :
Technical Leader (Research and Development). Team Size : 8
and Team Leader of Total Quality Management Team ( Team size : 10)
Achievements : Delivered more than 15 Telecom Softwares under my leadership.
Implemented LEAN Process Improvement in Motorola
Awards : 5 Motorola High Five Awards for my contributions.
Subject Matter Expert : LEAN , TL9000 Audit, TELECOM PROTOCOLS
Performance : Top 5 %
Companies : 2 years in Alcatel (Software Engineer) ,3 Years Motorola as Senior R & D Engineer and 2.5 Years Nokia as Technical Lead
Volunteer Work : Worked for CRY,GREENPEACE, SMILE: The Mission and other small Charity Organizations ,manly focused of Childcare and Education.
Certifications : Nokia Certified Big Data Engineer , Nokia Certified Cloud Engineer.

I am looking for Schools in US/India/Singapore
Schools I am Planning to apply : UIUC, Tepper ,Fuqua, Mendoza ,Scheller ,Tepper ,Nanyang,SMU, ISB
I know I have a low GMAT score .
Though I ll give one more try but the thing is that I work for nearly 13 hours a day ..so I hardly get any time to study ...
therefore , I want to start my application based on this score.
Please suggest me schools in which I would have fair chance.
Schools with specialized focus on IT would be preferable.

You have a decent profile. Your work experinece, academics and GMAT Score are good. The list of B-Schools you have prepared is really good. Cosidering your work experinece and list of B-Schools you have mnetioned, 680 is good to go.
As per your profile i would recommend you to target Tepper, Duke, Nanyang, NUS, ISB and SMU.

You are certainly on target with the schools that you've identified you'll apply to. Just remember that a 680 GMAT is an accomplishment to be proud of and puts you in a very competitive position at high quality programs. That being said, I would also look at Darden and Ross, and if you have an opportunity then pick at least one Top 10 "stretch" school.
The MBA application is as much about substance (i.e. GMAT, GPA) as it is about experience and execution. So you'll need to highlight those elements and the ways in which you were a leader more fully, as well as those elements in which you were a part of organizational success. Your extracurriculars, as well, can use some refining--they should be a reflection of you as a person and a professional. As you craft your essay, just remember that telling the story of who you are and how you got to where you are is of critical importance. These programs are not admitting numbers--they are admitting people. While you have great numbers, you may have even more in your story that you're not showing here that will set you even further apart!
