Hey,
msagnikYour profile is strong, with a solid academic background, relevant work experience, international exposure, and significant extracurricular involvement. Your GMAT FE score is competitive, but aiming for a higher score could strengthen your application.
Key areas to work on include gaining substantial international work experience through a transfer, seeking leadership opportunities at work and in your social ventures, and building strong relationships for compelling recommendations.
Craft a compelling narrative that ties together your career goals, personal experiences, and reasons for pursuing an MBA, particularly in management consulting and PE. Clearing CFA Level 1 could add value, especially for the PE industry, but balance this with other application aspects.
Research each school's culture and strengths, tailor your applications to show fit, and start preparing for interviews early. Applying in Round 1 can improve your chances, but only if your application is strong. Overall, aim for a higher GMAT score, gain more international work experience, and consider CFA Level 1 to enhance your chances. Focus on leadership and impact, craft a compelling narrative, and ensure strong recommendations. Good luck with your MBA journey!
