You have a strong profile in many ways, not the least of which is your clear post MBA vision and how your background ties into it nicely will help. You have solid project management and implementation experience on a multinational scale and great academic qualifications. Energy and sustainability are great areas to focus so I would look at schools with good energy programs including Duke, MIT, Rice, UT Austin and the like. You could also consider tech schools such as GT and Carnegie Melon. Some of these schools are ranked lower than schools you could likely get into , but you must consider which schools will set you up for the most success in your industry... In your case it might be wise to look backwards and see where your post MBA employer targets do their recruiting and add those schools to your application list.
