First, for information and guidance on selecting schools, I’ll refer you to  my free online resource , which walks you through the process of developing a list of schools to apply to – it covers all the dimensions of the process, including what should be the basis of your selections.

From the info you’ve provided, I consider your list of schools to be appropriate – as it should, it contains some reasonable reaches and some on-pars. I believe all these schools will be fine for consulting, though you must review the programs to ensure they meet your specific learning needs and other factors that may be important to you. Again, the resource I link to above will walk you through that whole process.
