My name is Apoorv.
It would be great if you guys could have a look at my profile and suggest a safe score for an admit into NUS. (NTU as well)
10th - 10 CGPA , 12th - 86.6% (Science) , UG - 6.90 cgpa
College: BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus
Work exp - 3 yrs ICICI Bank and a Product manager
Am a certified mountaineer and have accolades in football and swimming
Was the Marketing lead in Conquest which is a student run startup accelerator from BITS Pilani
What can be done to offset the grad and 12th scores ?

First things first, there isn't really a magic "minimum/safe" GMAT score out there.
That being said, a high score (think 695+) does help a lot.
More than the score however, remember the average experience at NUS is ~6 years. Chasing the 2026 intake will lead to these challenges and more.

While the BITS pedigree does add weight, consider addressing your GPA in the optional essay, by providing any justification for the drop e.g. was it low during certain semesters, were you involved in extracurriculars or were there any personal reasons, etc.
The strength of the work experience (key achievements, projects, career progression etc.) can also help offset the academics to an extent, so I'd like to understand your professional arc better to comment.
Also make sure to bring out your analytical and verbal abilities (in your professional experience, for instance) through the essays and interviews.
