Your recent performance in your masters program will help, but if you think you improve your GMAT and get over the 700 mark that will help you quite a bit. With over 7 years of experience as a software engineer, it will be important to highlight your leadership experiences. You mention how you were a part of a lot of initiatives, but focus more on the impact you had and the role you played in the work that you did. I like your involvement to date. But keep in mind that AdComms value quality over quantity here - it matters what you did, how you did it, and what the results were more than how many events you participated in. One key thing I'm missing, and arguably the most important element, is your short/long-term goal. What are you planning to do with this MBA? This will help align your story but without a concrete objective, it's hard to judge fit and alignment with any school.
