I just gave my GMAT and I secured 620 (Quant 48, Verbal 27). I request you to evaluate my profile and let me know my chances.
My profile is as follows,
Name: Sudharshan
Age: 26
Nationality: Indian
Work experience: 4.5+ years in a Turbocharger manufacturing industry
Designation: Senior Engineer, Marketing & Project management
Role: Project lead and POC between customers (Global/Domestic) and the organization
Academics: 81%, B.E Mechanical Engineering (Government university affiliated college, Non-IIT)
Leadership honors during college – Mechanical department secretary
Volunteering: 2014/2015 - Volunteer for 2 years at ‘Make A Difference’, a non-profit organization working for children at shelter homes.
2015/2016– Ed Support fellow - City lead for the projects at Make A difference, handling a team of 50+ people
Extracurricular activities: College team football player
Business school targets-
1. ESMT, Berlin
2. Mannheim, Germany
3. Rotterdam school of Management
4. ESADE, Barcelona
I would like to know about my realistic chances of applying to the above mentioned schools.
1. Is it mandatory that I retake GMAT? If so, what is the score I must secure?
2. Is it possible to secure scholarship with this profile?

Thanks for sharing your profile. I would recommend retaking the GMAT as your score is it a bit low for your target schools and especially since you are targeting a scholarship you will want to be at or exceed the average scores at your target schools

I have planned to retake the GMAT by the end of February.
1. My scores will be sent to the schools as I have accepted the scores after completing the exam. What will be the impact of it, since the score the below the average?
Say, I get 650+ in the next attempt, would the previous score affect my application?
2. Do I have a chance for Esade & Mannheim this year since they start the course during the fall?
