Demographics (nationality, gender): Indian, Male 24
· Education (undergraduate institution, GPA, major - high school/entrance exams not needed):
Bachelor of Technology, ICT(Information And Communication Technology) GPA 5.99/10 from DA-IICT(Dhirubhai Ambani Institute Of Information and Communication Technology)
· GMAT
710 Q48 V39 IR5 AWA4 (I am going to give another attempt in 3 weeks)
· Work experience (highlight amount of work experience, industries, roles, promotions, special accomplishments, international exposure):
3.5 years work experience (+6 months internship in the same company after my 7th semester)
Started working as an intern for a startup in India straight out of college and then was converted as a full time employee.
Then I got promoted 2 times within 3 years(One was a double promotion) wherein I lead my own development team of 15 members. And then after my stint as Lead Product Engineer(Team Lead) I very quickly moved to the position as Product Specialist, wherein I worked with clients from 3 different continents. Soon after taking charge as a Product Specialist I turned around the productivity of the operations team using my product drastically within 3 months.
I was also given the award for Best Member in Tech team(when the tech team size was 100).
· Extracurricular activities (highlight notable undergraduate and post-undergraduate ones):
I have co-ordinated/managed multiple events during my undergraduate days, be it a technical/sports/annual fest event. I have managed to pull in sponsors for these events right from 15k to 2lacs per event.
I was also a volunteer for WOTR (a non-profit group) during my undergraduate days wherein I spent 30 days in a rural village explaining people about the importance of education for their children and teaching Maths to students of 8 standard in the village school. Apart from this I have also been giving tuition to my house help's kids on weekends.
I was placed 6th at National Level Social Science Exhibition when I represented Ahmedabad region in my 9th grade.
I was also the House Vice captain in my school.
· Post-MBA goals:
Entrepreneurship or join a early stage startup.
· Target schools:
Can you guys please suggest some according to my profile.

Apart from my regular job I also help budding startups as a free consultant in tech and product fields.
I am mainly looking for help in shortlisting colleges to apply in round 2. Just as an opening temporary list to start with.
