Hello!
I'm a recently college graduate with potential MBA ambitions, and am attempting to figure out how best to position myself for MBA applications within the next 3 - 5 years.
Demographic: US Citizen/Asian American/male/ age 25-28 at time of application
Education: BS Electrical Engineering with 3.2 GPA from top public university (UC Berkley, UCLA) with upward trend
GMAT: 710 (47Q, 42V, 5.0 AWA), am currently studying to retake with goal of 750
Work Experience:
3-5 years at time of application at respected management consulting firm
Extracurricular involvement:
Leadership positions within student organizations during undergrad, currently seeking other responsibilities.
I am aiming for a school within the top 15 programs in the US, with a particular interest in UCB Haas, UCLA Anderson, and Kellogg. I realize that this is probably very little information to work with, but I would appreciate any input that may help me gain a better understanding of where I stand and what I must do to improve. Thank you in advance!
