Your GMAT is respectable, and your work experience solid and likely would enable you to contribute strong points in classroom discussions which is great, however at the very top programs you mentioned, it IS extremely competitive, and a higher score would only help, so if you feel you could improve there is no reason NOT to give it another shot ! (Side note you wrote 720 in your comments but 710 in the title??). Go for it if you have time!!

You a great profile. Score wise 700+ is a very decent score to apply top 20 schools. Apart from GMAT, you have decent work experience and good volunteering experience. If you focus on your profile building, you will fair chances to get admission in Top 20 B Schools. all the best.
