Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Your BTech grades are great, especially from an IIT school. Your GMAT is solid too but it's not as high as many other applicants from your demographic. Just keep that in mind, especially if getting scholarships is an important factor.
Your work experience sounds strong -- large company exposure plus it sounds like increasing leadership opportunities. I think you should think about the switch from manufacturing to strategy consulting...it's certainly possible but b-schools may see that as too big of a jump. You may want to frame up your goals around more operations-focused consulting initially so that you are still making good use of your past experience.
Do you have any current activities / extracurriculars you're involved with now? If not, that could be a weak area, though it's difficult to really improve that now.
I think you've mostly got a good mix of schools...I worry about Haas, very selective because it's such a small program. Tuck could be tough too but it's nice to have at least one reach school. I'm not sure if I'd do both. I think the others sound good, especially if you have a backup in ISB or IIM.
Good luck!
