Hi there,
Would really appreciate it if you could take a look at my profile and let me know if my targeted schools are achievable.
- Applying to 2017 intake class
- 28 year old female (Indian passport, have grown up in Middle East though)
- Undergrad at top 10 university in the US
- 3.2 GPA, 700 GMAT on first try
- Work experience: 6 years experience in marketing in several large MNCs in Dubai
- Extra-curriculars: Lots during college, not so much after graduation :/
- Looking to get into management consulting/environmental sustainability consulting/clean energy after graduation
- Targeted Schools: US- Stanford, Cornell, Berkeley, Yale. Canada- Toronto, Ivey, UBC
- Being able to work and live in the country (without visa issues) after graduation is important to me so leaning towards Canada for this reason
I have 2 questions:
- Should I retake my GMAT? Is a 700 enough for my targeted schools? If it helps, I do have the spare time and the average score in my US targeted schools seems to be 20-40 points higher
- Stanford is the dream but am I way off?!
Thanks so much!
