Great profile. 3 years is hitting what most schools will view as the minimum work experience, but perhaps you are only counting time until the present, when schools will actually count all the way until matriculation. The fact it was blue chip and what sounds like pretty responsible work will help as well. Your GMAT is great and will probably get your foot in the door with every school on your list, which is nicely diverse in terms of school rankings. This tells me you are mature and realistic. It's actually unusually good to see a WM with such a high GMAT who also has international experience. You should emphasize this experience in your application, since having an international work component is becoming increasingly interesting to b-schools. Plus not a lot of other applicants in your pool will have it, so standing out is in the cards for you it seems. Standing out is good. Of course four of your targets are ivy league, who are particularly interested in your academic pedigree. Typically the ivys like to see 3.5 GPA +, but with your upward trend in grades and the respectable status of your school (assuming it's a top 10 public as you indicate), you should be passable to these schools--at least enough to get you in for an interview at one or more of the four. Just make sure you articulate your career vision clearly. It looks like there is a nice connection between your past roles and your future vision. I really don't see any red flags. You even have some nice community involvement which will play well with all the schools. Let us know if you require any assistance with round two. I wouldn't wait until round three.
