Hi,

I am looking at applying for MBA programs in the next 1-2 years, but I am still unsure of which schools would be the best fits given my credentials. My profile is below, and any assistance with target schools would be greatly appreciated!

3.98 GPA / regional university (2nd tier below flagship state university)
740 GMAT
2 years abroad teaching English (gained fluency in language while abroad)
Passed CFA level 3
2 years at a boutique M&A firm (1.5 years analyst, .5 years associate)
Board member at local non-profit
Working to get involved with local alumni association (hoping for VP role)
Nationality: White male

As I get prepared, are there any other things that could help bolster my resume? What schools do you think would be good fits for my application?

Thanks!

Your profile is great, so I think you really need to start thinking about what area or school or specialization you are interested in, rather than where you can get in. With an excellent application (including essays) I do think you have a pretty decent shot even at the top schools but demonstrating fit with the school and having an answer to why you chose that particular school is also very important. So my recommendation would be to start thinking about that asap.
