Hi Eshwar1911, I am Priyanka, Client Manager at ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, a 334 GRE looks strong. GPA might be a bit low for M7. Do you have any additional academic certifications to compensate for your undergrad score (apart from the business analytics- Wharton-Coursera?

Being 5 years in the industry adds value, specifically 4 roles in the same company. Speak about leadership positions you held and how your work brought impact (Statistically if possible). Try highlighting Impact to the adcoms.

Your ECs seem a bit generic, is there anything that would highlight your social responsibility and will to serve the society? This is something that the adcoms look for. Overall you have a strong profile, but your chances will also depend on the narrative you build around your profile.

Hi Eshwar, you seem to have a great profile for basically all MBA programs. You will fit perfectly for most top schools if you are able to highlight your post MBA goals i.e- why do you want to go for an MBA? What are you looking for? Is it just an M7 label on your CV or are you really looking for some kind of perspectives or growth? Whatever you write, please introspect well. Layout your thoughts in a structured manner, afte rall your SOP or your application essay will be carefully evaluated by the Admissions committee. Please DM me if you need more guidance on this

Hey, Arpita1109

Your profile looks good on the surface. Starting with your work experience, it should highlight leadership and teamwork. As you haven't shared much here, I am not able to gauge the quality of your work experience. Your GMAT score target, which I suggest should be 655-675, is the only potential area for improvement. A score in that range will make you a competitive candidate for top B-schools like ISB. Overall, your profile is quite strong, and with a good GMAT score, you have a solid chance of getting admitted to your target schools. The key will highlight your unique strengths and experiences in your application essays and interviews.

We’d be happy to discuss your profile in more detail to enhance your application’s competitiveness.Feel free to schedule a call with us here for an in-depth profile evaluation and additional benefits. We match you with the students and alums of top B-Schools according to your background and target schools.

Hi Arpita1109
I am Priyanka, Client Manager at ARINGO. A score around 675 should be decent. However, something around 695-705 would do wonders. Since your GPA looks a bit low, aim for 695.

Hi Arpita, first of all good luck for the GMAT exam. As someone who has given more than one GMAT attempt for the previous version, I can confidently say that if you let a target score weigh on your mind, you are likely to get tensed. So, problem solve your way through the examination and the score will reflect that. All the best!
Now, coming to your profile, there are a lot of people from PSU background who make it to IIMA/B/C's one year full-time MBA exam. I feel that even if (worst case scenario) your GMAT score does not match your expectations, your narrative that you provide in your application plays a huge role in getting a shortlist. I think your acads are fairly impressive and your accomplishments outside work and selection in prestigious programs too is a noteworthy, so along with an above-average GMAT score and a tight storyline, you can make it through any shortlist feasible. I suggest highlighting your strengths in the best feasible manner. If you want my help post the GMAT exam, then I am available for a quick chat on Whatsapp (+91-9712947179).
