Nationality - Indian
Gender - Male
Education
10th - 94 % ( C.B.S.E ) , 12th - 93.8 % ( C.B.S.E )
Undergrad - IIT Roorkee , Civil Engineering , GPA - 9.08 ( translates to 95 % + )
Gmat Score
Gmat Focus - 675 ( Q87 / V82 / DI81 , 96th percentile ) .
Work Experience
Total work experience - 4 years .
Working as AI/ML engineer for the Biggest US bank .
Got 2 fast track promotions ( Analyst -> Associate -> Assistant VP ), expecting another one in next 5 months ( --> VP ) .
Target Schools -
Reading all the negatives about indian male category . I am hoping to get into one of the schools that fall in the below categories :
a) Top 15 US business school
b) LBS / Insead / Cambridge / Said .
Which schools can i realistically target ?

Hi,
Well, Indian male category has a lot of competition from within themselves, but remember : they are the largest category of applicants and regularly get accepted by top b-schools. So, the key aspect is to differentiate yourself and stand out so that you can maximize your chances of admission, despite the intense competition. From this viewpoint, your individual profile matters a lot. In your case, your acads look great. The GMAT at a 730 equivalent (yes, I am still converting
) is about average. It won't give you any advantage applying to the top 7-10 US MBA programs (any others should be doable), but would be a decent score for the UK/European programs.Your career arc looks great. Now you will need a strong resume that focuses upon your achievements, impact and leadership. Building an MBA resume can be a little tricky, but that's something that will help you stand out.
